I was excited because this month’s MOM Magazine cover mom is Tammy Rasmussen! For those of you that don’t know, Tammy and I have been best friends since the third grade when she volunteered to show the “new girl” (me) around school. When the editors called to tell me who I was to be photographing for the cover I had to laugh … really what are the odds? But of course I realized that she was perfect for the cover. She is a great mom and also a great example of being active and involved in your community while still being there for your family. Her boys are the best, totally love those kids! Be sure to pick up a copy of the magazine if you haven’t already subscribed … and if you can’t find one I have some here at the studio!
