I am sure this will come as no surprise when you see her photos, but Terrin was the winner of Miss Photogenic in last spring’s Miss Douglas County/Miss Outstanding Teen pageant. Part of what she won was a session with me, yay!! We had a great time, love love love her hair don’t you?!

I was lucky enough to photograph Stephanie and Mike’s wedding at Pyrenees Vineyard and Winery. It is such a beautiful location and it was my favorite kind of wedding… intimate! I am getting hooked on the smaller weddings, it is so obvious that everyone in attendance is important to the couple and is SO happy for them. They just have a special feel to them, that is for sure. In memory of her father Stephanie has a special photo necklace with a photo of him and a quote on it. Well her sweet groom thought to have that wrapped around her bouquet… isn’t that just the best! I have been taking photos for the Dawson family since the boys were born and I just love them! They are such little characters, and 100% all BOY! I about died when Drew was showing Carter how to start the 4-wheeler up!

Poor Candice and Josh had been trying to have their portraits taken together since December! Can you believe it? We really wanted to do the portraits at their home on the river because it is SO pretty but the weather and work schedule’s gave us quite a hard time making it a reality! However, we all agreed that it was well worth the wait, and summer weather definitely showcased their property much better.
