baby bump | roseburg oregon maternity photographer

One of my favorite wedding couples is expecting a baby this month! I am so excited for them because I know they will make wonderful parents. They came in a couple of weeks ago, YES I am THAT far behind on blog posts, to have some maternity portraits taken. Love, love, love them!! I can’t believe that in a few weeks we will be taking photos of their new little baby!

mercy hospital family birthplace | roseburg oregon newborn photographer

Well, it is finally finished! Yesterday I delivered my last portrait to the Mercy Hospital Family Birthplace for the new display. Myself and two other local photographers have eleven portraits each on display so that moms to be can have something “pretty” to look at while they pace those halls! We are also going to be sending all of the new moms home with a special gift in their going home bags, so be sure to check those bags ladies!

I had such a hard time narrowing my favorite images down to just eleven. I know that seems like a lot but it really isn’t. I may just have to find another display venue for the images that didn’t make it into this one… so if you work in a doctor’s office, pediatrician or OB/GYN, give me a jingle and we can arrange to have some beautiful portraits hung in your office!

So here they are… cuteness galore!

waiting … | roseburg maternity photographer

waiting is hard… waiting is REALLY hard when you are a little kid! These two cutie patooties are waiting very patiently for their little brother to arrive. Ashley is VERY excited to be a BIG sister. Ely seemed very happy that he was getting a brother this time… although he has “been there and done that” when it comes to being a big brother. :) Mom of course won me over when she walked in carrying (o.k. technically DAD was carrying…) I believe it was two suitcases? :) I love it when people bring lots of choices for me! Here are just a couple of my fav’s from our session…

March Madness | roseburg, oregon photographer

marchmadness2

I love the look of gallery wrap canvas portraits. I love the clean modern lines, and I especially love that I don’t have to buy a frame! The portrait above and the one in my previous post were both perfect images for canvas and inspired me to offer a little something to you! I love canvas so much that I wanted you to be able to try it out… madness you say? well possibly!

We will be doing a very limited number of special canvas mini sessions. These mini sessions will be 30 minutes long and will include one 16×20 gallery wrap canvas portrait (perfect for over the mantel or couch) and one 11×14 gallery wrap canvas (great for small walls or hallways.) Normally this would be an investment of $800, however, for these special sessions your investment will be just $450 which includes your session fee.

WAIT, it gets better! If you had a wedding or portrait session with us in the past and want to use your images from that session/wedding for your new canvas portraits you can purchase the 16×20 and 11×14 canvas for just $350. Madness I tell you, sheer madness!

To take advantage of this special offer you MUST make your appointment or order your portraits from past sessions by Saturday March 14th. (The actual appointment does not have to take place by the 14th, you just have to book it.)

Operators are standing by… ok, well not really… but I always wanted to say that! I am looking forward to hearing from you soon!

{Mama Mia!} looking this great when you are pregnant!

Is this not just the cutest belly ever! Love her choice of shirt too, the color was fabulous! I had a great time with this maternity session since the “mama” in question has been a friend of my little sister since they were in grade school!

{traveler} this momma who came all the way from Germany!

While I would love to say that this client came all the way from Germany just for her maternity portraits, truth be told she also came to visit relatives. She is currently serving in the Army and is stationed in Germany. I was of course thrilled to do her portraits when she was here visiting. We got some amazing shots but here are two of my favorites.
